Q: Can I buy dhdirect products from my local bike shop?

A: You can! All our great products are available through your local bike shop. Problem is they probably don't stock them and will have to order it in for you. Unfortunately what usually happens is they will try and sell you something similar that they have in stock. Be strong....Demand they get what you really want. Not what they need to offload!

Q: How long before my order is processed?

A: We try and process all orders the same day the order is made. If you order after about 3pm you order will probably ship next day

Q: Why buy from dhdirect?

A: All our products are proven in the feild. We use DH racing as our main testing ground and have a strong team of racers who like myself put their full trust our products. We deal direct with the manufacturer and sell to you. We cut down a few of the middle men as pass the savings on to you.
