Q: Are Adrenaline Agent bikes covered by warranty?

A: Yes! Adrenaline Agent bikes are covered by the full factory warranty which is 5 years on the frame and whatever the applicable component warranty is from the relevant part manufacturer.  

Q: Where are Adrenaline bike manufactured?

A: Adrenaline Agent bikes are assembled in Indonesia by WIM Cycle who manufacture bikes for many well known brands that are sold all over the world. The frames are sourced from China from one of the worlds most reputable frame manufacturers. The other parts come from wherever the relevant company manufactures them. Chances are they may have built the last bike you owned and you didn't even know it!

Q: How will my bike  arrive? Will I have to put it together?

A: Your bike will arrive via Fastway couriers in a box. It will have been thouroughly checked over and tuned by one of our expert mechanics and re packaged and sent to you. Usually you will only have to put the handle bars, seat, pedals and front wheel on.  There will be easy to understand instructions included. If you are not confident in doing this we recommend you get a reputable bike mechanic to build it for you.

Q: Why are they so cheap?

A: We buy direct from the manufacturer and sell direct to you. No middleman making his cut, simple as that.

Q: Why buy from Dhdirect?

A: We have been in the bicycle industry for over 12 years and have a great reputation for getting people what they want at the best possible price. We are riders who know what works and what doesn't. We won't sell anything that we wouldn't use ourselves.

Q: Can I test ride the bike I want?

A: Unfortunately if you are not able to get to Canberra we can not offer you that service. If you can we are more than happy for you to come by and take one for a spin! If time allows we may even take you out to one of our awesome local trails for you to get a real feel for it.
